Salesman Brett did good helped in anyway he could. Kept me up to date and answered all my questions. There were issues tho when I bought my truck in on Tuesday. Was never told of a second price on my trade in. Which made me very angry! We eventually worked it out but a lot of it was unnecessary. Also my truck was bought as a commercial vehicle. No one understood this. Made som mistakes that ultimately cost my company money. But all and all they made a good effort to make the deal and sale.
Very disappointed in the service department. Took my car in for a recall and an oil leak. When the service advisor told me what day it would be ready, he would call me and say he would try another day. Ok things happen. But when I got the car back, the hood, fenders and doors had dark greasy hand prints on them. I was never a fan of dealing with dealerships and service department so I cleaned the greasy prints off my car and let it be known on their customer feedback. Service manager contacted me and said if we can work something out. Give them a good review on customer feedback follow up and they would refund my deductible for my warranty work on the oil leak. I gave the good review and no refund. Contacted service manager and he sent me a email with the review I sent and it was the original one with my bad experience on it, not the follow up feedback then said he would see about getting me some kind of refund. And of course nothing. I’m done with this dealership. Never again!
I've been to many dealers over the years and Brett Rathbun at Jim Shorkey was the best. He understood my needs and worked with me to find something that worked for both of us. They made money, I saved money, and that was the point.
Low key, chill dealership and that means a lot for a big purchase like this. Highly recommend at least talking to them

Salesman TJ was great. Got me what I was looking for and worked out a pretty good deal. Would not hesitate to shop here for a vehicle again. Super fast paperwork process, easy trade in. Detail job on the new truck was a little sloppy, nothing a quick wipe with spray wax couldn’t fix.
